This is the short version: we only collect what we need to ship you fragrance and send you the occasional email. We don't sell your data. Ever.

What we collect

• Order info: name, email, shipping address, payment confirmation (we never see your card details — Shopify handles payments).
• Account info if you create one: email and password (hashed).
• Email list if you sign up: just your email.
• Site analytics: anonymised data about which pages you visit, no cross-site tracking.

Why we use it

• To ship your order and help if something goes wrong.
• To email you about your order (always) and new products (only if you opted in).
• To improve the site based on what people use.

Who we share it with

Shopify (storefront and payments), our shipping carrier (to deliver your order), and our email provider (to send you newsletters if you signed up). That's it. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll sort it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to remember your cart and basic analytics cookies to count visits. No third-party advertising cookies.

Updates

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, if it's a big change, email anyone on our list.
