Terms & Conditions

The short version: order a mist, we ship it, you have 14 days to change your mind. Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Who we are

This site is run by Myst Lifestyle Ltd, registered in England & Wales, VAT no. GB454111428. You can reach us at letstalk@myst.ltd.

Your order

• When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched, not before.
• All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• If we have made a clear pricing or product error, we may cancel your order and refund you in full rather than honour the mistake.
• Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in your order passes to you on delivery. If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us and we will put it right.

Returns and your right to cancel

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and cancel for a full refund, no reason needed.
• Because our mists are sealed hygiene products, this right applies to unopened bottles only. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return.
• To start a return, email letstalk@myst.ltd with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Separately, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of whether it has been opened.

Using our products

Our mists are for external use on the body only. Avoid the face, eyes and broken skin, and keep away from flames. As with any fragranced product, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and let us know.

The website

• All content on this site, including the Myst name, logo, photography and copy, belongs to Myst Lifestyle Ltd. Please do not reuse it without permission.
• We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
• You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says cannot be limited. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is capped at the price you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

Updates

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you placed it.
