UK shipping

• Standard delivery: £3.95.
• Free on orders over £30.
• Most orders arrive in 2–4 working days.
• Orders placed before 1pm Mon–Fri ship the same day.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as we hand your parcel over to the courier. If you didn't get one, check your spam folder before messaging us.

International

We currently ship UK-only. EU and US are on the roadmap — sign up to our newsletter to hear first.

Returns

• 14 days from delivery, unopened bottles only.
• Email letstalk@myst.ltd with your order number to start a return.
• Return shipping is your responsibility. We refund once the parcel arrives back with us in resaleable condition.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Damaged or wrong item?

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it — your call.
